The request form asks for your name, mobile number, vehicle details, service location or ZIP code, preferred service, preferred date and time, focus areas, and optional notes. Please avoid including payment details, identification documents, or unrelated sensitive information.

Preparing a text or email keeps your form details in this browser’s current page until you choose a sending method. Your messaging or mail application opens with a draft. Nothing is sent by this website merely because that draft opens. Review and send it yourself. Your mobile, messaging, and email providers process sent messages under their own policies, and your usual messaging charges may apply.
Website appointment requests
When direct website submission is enabled, the details you submit are saved in the website’s hosted database and sent to CuzCan’s configured notification service. Technical information, such as a hashed network address and submission time, may be processed to reduce spam. The form identifies receipt of a request; it does not reserve or confirm an appointment.
How the information is used
Request information is used to respond, confirm service suitability and location, discuss costs, and coordinate your appointment. The website does not add you to a marketing list or collect payment information. Service providers operating the website, email, and messaging systems may process the information needed to provide those functions.
